Note: Hitch will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items or parts ,and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items or parts at its sole discretion.
Damaged Shipment Claims
If you believe your items were damaged in shipping, please reach out to orders@carryhitch.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment, with 'damage' in the subject line of your email, and include photos or videos of the issue, along with a description of the issue and how the issue occurred.
- In the event that we deem a replacement is necessary, it is at our discretion whether we replace the product or just the affected part.
- Hitch will cover the shipping fees for the return of damaged items if necessary. Hitch reserves the right to request the product to be sent to our office for additional review and to verify your claim.
- We will provide the shipping label in this situation, and we will also cover shipping for any replacement parts.
- Damage claims between 31 days and 180 days (6 months) after the receipt of the item may be replaced at the discretion of Remaker Labs.
- We cannot accept damage claims after 6 months of your receipt of the item.
