Hitch Bottle

Look at the inside of your bottle lid. You should see a clear silicone gasket inside the bottle lid. If the bottle lid has been through a high temperature dishwasher, it may have become dislodged or come out. Hitch Cup

Look at the underside of your cup lid. You should see a clear silicone gasket around the cup lid. If it has become twisted, adjust as necessary so that the gasket creates a consistent airtight seal when screwed into the cup. For additional assistance, please email orders@carryhitch.com
