Within the walls of our insulated bottle and insulated cup is a tiny piece of welded steel that acts as a moisture trap during the vacuum insulation process. Rarely will this piece become dislodged and cause a rattling sound. Though this will not affect the performance of your product, we’re happy to make it right and get you a replacement part.
