Order Info
Please check the order confirmation email you received from hello@carryhitch.com or orders@carryhitch.com immediately after your purchase.
The order number is in the subject line with the format H-XXXXX. (Be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders if you don't see the email). The email also contains a link to check the status of your order on our website.
If you're missing your order confirmation email or tracking number, let us know! Spam filters can be unnecessarily aggressive at times and eat up important emails. We'd be happy to help you track down your order.
Order Processing Times
When you place an order with Hitch, the wheels begin turning:
Once orders are processed, we work fast to ensure the product(s) are available and ready to ship. Upon processing, you will receive an email confirming your order!
After your order has been picked up by our carrier, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking confirmation. This entire process takes 24-48 hours.
Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend or on Friday it will more than likely be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. All orders ship directly from our fulfillment centers around the US.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders ship based on the time window shared on the product page for the product you ordered. Please visit the product page of the product you ordered for estimated shipping times as carryhitch.com
